alisa2 Alisa Kelly-Martina, MSSW, LCSW

Alisa is currently the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Foundations Counseling Center Inc.

Alisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Spanish and has a Master's Degree in Social Work from UW-Madison. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified Medical Assistance provider in the state of Wisconsin.

Alisa has eighteen years of experience working in the Clinical Social Work field. In addition to her work as a Primary Intensive In-Home Counselor, Alisa's career experience includes working as a Clinical Case Manager for foster children and as a supervisor for treatment foster parents. She also has experience providing outpatient counseling to college students at UW-Madison UHS, working with uninsured hospital patients, including Spanish speaking patients, providing crisis counseling for non-profit homeless and domestic violence shelters, and coordinating wrap-around services to severely emotionally disturbed youth and their families.

In her free time, Alisa enjoys reading, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family

Wendy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been an In-home Therapist with Foundations since 2007. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling from UW Platteville. She specializes in working with children/adolescents and their families, striving to enhance familial relationships and meet mental health needs. Wendy has a special interest in working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, and is working towards certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She also works individually with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and life stressors. Wendy’s passion for the mental health field is evident in her belief in establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with all of her clients, in an effort to fully understand and appreciate the struggles her clients are experiencing.

DSC 1013 Angela R. Myhre, MS, LMFT

Angela earned an Associate Degree from Madison Area Technical College, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Criminal Justice Certification from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Angela graduated from Edgewood College with her Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Prepare – Enrich Counselor. Angela completed a 5-day intensive training seminar in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at the DBT Center of Michigan and is a member of Foundations’ DBT team.

Angela is a Primary In-home Therapist and DBT-Informed Therapist with Foundations, providing services in the Columbia, Dane and Dodge County areas. Angela is experienced in providing pre-marital and marital assessments, as well as Family Systems based therapy for individuals, couples and families. Angela also has experience working with involuntary and culturally diverse clientele, including adolescent and adult male sex offenders, both individually and in a group setting.

Stephani has a passion for helping individuals and families who have been through traumatic and stressful situations heal. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing in-home and outpatient services. She is experienced in providing family therapy, play therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and attachment-based therapy. Stephani is a nationally certified TF-CBT therapist. She is currently being trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and will start the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Capstone program at UW-Madison in the fall of 2018.

Stephani graduated with a BA in Psychology from Lake Forrest College in Illinois in 2007 and with a MS from Edgewood College's Marriage and Family Therapy program in 2009. Stephani has always had a passion for working with children and families and prior to joining the staff at Foundations, worked for many years as a nanny and an assistant teacher at a Montessori school. Stephani completed undergraduate internships with a therapeutic equestrian program, and a hospital's Partial Hospital, and Intensive Outpatient programs. Stephani joined Foundations staff in 2008 as a graduate intern and was hired full time in 2009. Stephani is a Therapist, Supervisor and the agency's Referral Coordinator.

Amanda Crabtree Amanda Crabtree, LCSW

Amanda Crabtree is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Bachelors Degree in Human Services from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Amanda has been a therapist with FCC since 2004. In addition to this role, Amanda also supervises staff. Amanda is a nationally certified TF-CBT therapist.

Before coming to Foundations, Amanda was a counselor for a domestic abuse program in the Fox Cities area and a counselor at a residential treatment program in Vista, California. In 2013, Amanda left position at Foundations for fourteen months to work as the Program Coordinator for the In-patient Short-term Assessment Program at Central Wisconsin Center.

In her free time, Amanda loves spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities and traveling.

Kelly Jo Kelly Jo Duprey, MA, LPC

Kelly Jo Lynch is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 21 years experience working with children and families. She earned her Masters degree in Counseling at Denver Seminary and Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kelly Jo has worked as a professional counselor in a residential treatment facility for adolescents, served as a consultant in the Wisconsin schools and has worked as a school-based intervention therapist. She has also worked in outpatient therapy.

Kelly Jo is experienced with family therapy, group therapy, play therapy, couples and individual counseling. She is a trained instructor for Love & Logic parenting courses. Kelly Jo became a Medical Assistance Certified Provider in 2008, and a Primary In-Home Family Therapist at Foundations in August 2010. Kelly has a TF-CBT national certification, is EMDR Trained and is currently in CPP and capstone programs.

April obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Human Services emphasis and a minor of Criminal Justice from UW-Platteville in 2006. In May 2011, she completed her Masters of Science in Education and started with Foundations right after graduation as a Secondary In-Home Therapist.

April has experience working with children, college aged individuals, and the elderly in a variety of different settings.

Some of April’s interests are photography, camping, scrapbooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

webBecky Hellenbrand, BA Office/Billing Manager

Becky is the office billing manager with Foundation Counseling Center. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and minor is Special Education from UW-Whitewater in May 2013.
She gained office experience working for her family septic business along with the family farm. She loves working with children, in the past worked for Wisconsin Early Autism Project along with being a nanny.
In her free time she loves to just relax and hang out with her family and friends. Watch the Green Bay Packers, Badgers and Brewers!!

Andrea Petersen Andrea Petersen, MSW, CAPSW

Andrea obtained her Bachelors Degree in Social Work in 2010 from The University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. She then went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin Madison. She is currently working toward her Clinical Social Work license. In addition, she is also certified as a School Social Worker, giving her skills to support children with disability and mental health needs related to the school system. Andrea is currently being trained in TF-CBT.

Andrea recently joined Foundations in May of 2016. Prior to that, she has experience working in the school system, a specialized school for children with autism spectrum disorder and other mental health issues. Andrea also has experience working in child protective services and correctional settings.

Ashley Vogel Ashley Vogel, MSW, APSW

Ashley obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work in 2012, from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She then went on to obtain her Master's Degree in Social Work in 2015, from UW-Madison. She is currently working towards her clinical license.

Ashley joined Foundations Counseling in July, 2016. Prior to that, she spent 3 years in Human Services, coordinating services in Economic Support Services, Children's Long Term Support Waiver Program, Child Protective Services, and 2 years of State Policy work. Ashley has 3 years experience working with individuals and families. Her professional interests and specialized training are in the areas of Trauma Informed Care, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety and Depression, Personality Disorders, and Suicidality. In her free time, Ashley enjoys baking, reading, horseback riding, and spending time in nature.

Brittany Rausch Brittany Rausch Smith MS, MFT

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Edgewood College in 2013 and her Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College in 2016. She volunteered at Briarpatch Youth Services of Southern Wisconsin both in a volunteer apprentice role and on the crisis line with adolescents and their families. Completed a one year internship in an outpatient setting with Collaborations. At Collaborations Brittany provided therapeutic services to developmentally disabled individuals, their teams, and families. Brittany has experience with individual and group therapy settings. During her down time she enjoys yoga, walking, baking, and spending time with her family.

Rachel Sanabria Rachel Sanabria, APSW

Rachel Sanabria is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been with Foundations since December, 2016. She obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at UW-Madison.

Prior to working with Foundations, Rachel has experience in community mental health working with individuals with severe mental illnesses. She has also completed internships working with homeless adults and women who are survivors of trauma. Her professional interests and specialized training are in the areas of Trauma Informed Care, Crisis Intervention, Suicidality, Cultural Inclusivity, and Anxiety and Depression. Rachel is committed to fighting for racial justice and gender equality. In her free time, Rachel likes to spend time with family and pets, stay active and play basketball, and listen to music and improv comedy podcasts.

JP Gayan JP Gayan, MS, LPC-IT

JP earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2011 and his Master of Science in Educational Psychology with dual emphasis in Community Counseling and School Counseling from UW-Milwaukee in 2016.

JP started at FCC as an intern in May 2015. Prior to joining FCC JP served in the Navy for 20 years. JP currently works with the elderly and adolescents.

JP's interests include travel, hiking, disc golf, and competitive shooting, and spending time with his wife and six children.

Leora Mirkin Leora Mirkin, APSW

Leora completed her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2017. Previously, Leora obtained her Bachelor's degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis/St. Paul in 2012. Before attending graduate school, Leora worked as a case manager for adults with physical and cognitive disabilities. During her time in graduate school at UW-Madison, Leora worked with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness diagnoses combined with a history of legal involvement. Leora has also worked in outpatient therapy, counseling individuals who face a wide array of issues, with a focus on those who identify as LGBTQ+. In her spare time, Leora enjoys spending time with her family and pets, as well as hiking, biking, and running.

Lucinda Lucinda Briesemeister, MSW Intern

Lucinda is an Advanced Practice Social Worker working towards clinical licensure. Lucinda joined Foundations Counseling Center as an intern in 2017. Lucinda obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018. Lucinda has a background working with children and families in child welfare. Lucinda also has experience working with and licensing foster parents.

Lucinda’s professional interests and training include Motivational Interviewing, Functional Family Case Management/Therapy, cultural inclusivity, and individuals who have experienced complex trauma.

In her free time, Lucinda enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, exercise, dance, and travel.

Joslynne Joslynne Schneider, MS, MFT

Joslynne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Clinical Counseling concentration from Edgewood College in 2015. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College. Joslynne completed her internship at The Family Center in Madison, where she worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Some of her areas of interest would be working with young children and their families, in addition to children and adolescents individually.

In her spare time, Joslynne enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, doing art/crafts, and watching the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers!

Lolly Lolly Coleman, LMFT

Lolly is a marriage and family therapist who earned her Master's degree from Edgewood College, and Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Lolly completed her internship at The Family Center in Madison, and has experience providing therapy in-home therapy as well as outpatient. Lolly has spent many years in the mental health field working in various settings with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly. Some of Lolly's areas of interest include: anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-esteem, relationship issues, attachment disorder, and autism. When she's not working, Lolly enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with her family.
